Automatic phone number in MobilePay
Guide to getting the customer's phone number automatically filled in MobilePay via QuickPay.
Shoporama can automatically fill in the customer's phone number in the MobilePay payment window so they don't have to enter it manually.
How it works
Once the customer has completed the checkout with their phone number and selects MobilePay, the number is automatically sent to MobilePay. The customer only needs to confirm the payment in the MobilePay app.
Prerequisites
- Phone number must be required in checkout
- Your payment gateway must support the feature
- Customer must have a Danish mobile number
Activate
The feature is usually active automatically if your payment gateway supports it. Check in your gateway settings that MobilePay phone number is enabled.
MobilePay tip
Automatic phone number provides a better payment experience and increases conversion as the customer doesn't have to find their phone to dial the number.
