Shoporama changelog

Added two new statuses: "Ready for pickup" and "Picked up" for use in shops that offer pickup. It is also possible under the shipping method to set an email to be sent when the order changes status to one of the two. The email is located in the shop theme like the other emails. The files are mentioned in the documentation at https://www.shoporama.dk/template-docs#structure. It is implemented in Alaska2, California, and Delaware.
