12+ webshops, one common foundation
JBS Textile Group is a large Danish textile group with a broad portfolio of brands such as Intimo, JBS, JBS of Denmark, Tumble and KAB. Each brand has its own identity, its own market and its own tone of voice, but they all need to be managed, updated and cared for.
Instead of choosing a separate platform per brand, JBS runs them all on Shoporama. This means one place to manage, one common view of stock and orders, and the skills the team builds in one store benefit all the others immediately.
The webshops cover DK, DE, NL, NO and SE with automatic handling of DKK, EUR, NOK and SEK, and each store runs its own theme, category structure and campaigns.
A theme built specifically for JBS, in collaboration with 29x
JBS' Shoporama theme is not a standard theme but a custom theme built from scratch in collaboration with the agency 29xStudio. It provides complete design freedom: each brand can have its own visual expression, product lookup and checkout flow, without compromising Shoporama's underlying functionality.
The design is optimized for clothes shopping: quick overview of variants, clear focus on images and a category structure that makes even a large assortment feel manageable.

Underlying automation: PIM, ERP, orders and return center
What really ties JBS' setup together is the hidden automation. Behind the neat webshops, something is happening all the time: products are updated, stock is synchronized, orders go out for picking, and returns come back home, all without anyone typing manually.
Products are automatically retrieved
All product data (titles, descriptions, images, variants, SEO fields) is maintained in one place in Plytix PIM and synchronized to the relevant webshops. A check on images avoids JBS uploading the same image twice.
Real-time inventory & orders
Stock status is continuously retrieved from JBS' Aspect4 ERP via web services, and new webshop orders are pushed the other way so picking and shipping can start immediately.
Tracking directly to customers
Once the order is packed and tracking is ready, the ERP sends it back to Shoporama, which automatically updates the order status and gives customers their tracking number.
Automatic returns with QR codes
Clothing sales mean lots of returns. JBS uses Shoporamas return center to let customers self-report returns, and the system automatically generates QR codes for PostNord and GLS so no one has to print labels.
The entire integration is on Shoporama's REST APIwhich JBS has connected to its own systems. It is what Peter himself calls "a well-documented API that has given us opportunities to work with data and automate many processes".
JBS also runs with split bearing across the relevant webshops, so the same physical inventory can be sold from multiple brands without the risk of selling the same item twice.
Several of the group's other webshops also use Shoporama's built-in loyalty program to reward returning customers with points, tiers and bonuses. This is also managed centrally from the same platform.

What's in it for the group
One team's learning benefits all brands
When the e-commerce team finds a better way of doing something, it can be rolled out to all 12+ webshops without learning a new platform from scratch.
Manual processes are gone
Products, inventory, orders, tracking and returns run automatically between Plytix, Aspect4 and Shoporama. Humans only touch what requires a human.
Predictable economy
"No fees, just a fixed monthly rate", as Peter says. No percentage charge of revenue, no surprises when sales grow.
Reliable, trouble-free operation
"We never experience downtime." A platform that just runs, so the group's teams can focus on sales and customer experience instead of IT incidents.
