Order status

Order status indicates where in the process an order is, from received to shipped and delivered. It gives both merchant and customer an overview.

What is order status?

Order status is a marker that shows how far an order has progressed in the fulfillment process. Typical statuses include: received, confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered. Statuses help keep track of orders and communicate with the customer.

Order status in Shoporama

Shoporama has a flexible order status system. You can create your own statuses with custom names and colors. When the status of an order changes, the system can automatically send an email to the customer notifying them of the status change.

You can also filter and sort orders by status in the order list, making it easy to find orders waiting for processing, shipment or follow-up.
