  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Close your webshop

Guide to closing your Shoporama online store temporarily or permanently.

If you want to temporarily or permanently close your online shop, you can put it into maintenance mode or cancel your subscription.

Temporary closure (maintenance)

To temporarily close your shop without canceling:

  1. Click the gear in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Enable Maintenance mode
  4. Click Save

In maintenance mode, visitors see a message that the shop is temporarily closed. You still have full access to the admin.

Permanent closure

To close your shop permanently, you need to cancel your subscription. Before you do that, we recommend

  1. Make a backup - export your data (products, orders, customers)
  2. Inform customers - notify any pending customers
  3. End integrations - cancel any third-party subscriptions
  4. Cancel subscription - under Settings → Subscription

Please note

When your subscription is canceled, your shop and all data will be deleted after a period of time. Make sure to back up everything you want to save.
