Send emails to customers who have purchased a product
Guide to send an email to all customers who have purchased a specific product in your Shoporama online store.
You can send an email to all customers who have purchased a specific product. This is useful for product updates, recalls or upselling.
Here's how you do it
- Go to Products and find the product in question
- Click Edit on the product
- Click Send email to buyers
- Enter subject and message
- Click Send
Who will receive the email?
The email is sent to all customers with a completed order containing the selected product. Canceled orders are not counted.
Export instead
If you'd rather export the customer list and send via your own newsletter system:
- Export customers who have purchased a product as a CSV file
- Import the list in Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar
Please note
Be aware of GDPR rules when sending marketing emails. Customers who have not given consent should only be contacted for product updates or recalls.
