  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Turn off SMS notification on order status

Shoporama can send SMS notifications to customers when the order status changes. If you don't want to send SMS notifications, you can turn it off.

To turn off SMS notification

  1. Click the gear in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Find the SMS section
  4. Uncheck the SMS notifications you want to disable
  5. Click Save

When is SMS sent?

SMS can be sent at the following events:

  • Order shipped - when you mark the order as shipped
  • Ready for pickup - for orders with pickup
  • Delivered - when the package is delivered

Fees and charges

SMS notifications may incur fees. Check your settings for current prices.

Tip to use

Email notifications are free and send automatically. Many merchants choose to only use email and turn SMS off to save costs.
