  • Your name and webshop
  • Description of the problem
  • Your callback phone number

Notes: This service is only for critical situations where your webshop is down or has serious problems. For regular support, please use our normal support channels.

Attach terms and conditions to the order confirmation

You can attach your terms and conditions (or another PDF file) to the order confirmation so that the customer automatically receives them with the order details.

How to attach a PDF

  1. Click the gear in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Settings and scroll down to the Orders section
  3. Find the Upload file to invoice.html field
  4. Select your PDF file and click Save

The file is now automatically attached to all order confirmations sent to your customers. You can upload up to two files if you, for example, want to send both terms and conditions and a separate cancellation guide.

Requirements for the file

  • The file should be in PDF format for best compatibility
  • Keep the file size down, preferably below 5 MB, so the email doesn't end up in the customer's spam filter
  • Make sure the content is up to date and correct

How to write terms and conditions as text

In addition to the PDF attachment, your shop also has a text-based field for terms and conditions, which is displayed on the shop itself under /terms:

  1. Click the cogwheel in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Design → Logo & terms
  3. Type or paste your terms and conditions in the Terms field
  4. Click Save

You can also link to /terms directly from the text in your order confirmation if you don't want to attach the file.
