Can my developer integrate with a payment gateway himself?

Explanation of why payment gateway integrations require Shoporama to perform them and what you can do.

Payment gateway integrations must be done by Shoporama. They cannot be implemented via the REST API or in the theme.

Why?

Payment transactions require secure communication between your online store, Shoporama's server, and the payment gateway. This communication cannot be handled outside the server for security reasons.

Existing gateways

Shoporama currently supports the following payment gateways:

  • Stripe
  • QuickPay
  • OnPay
  • ePay
  • Mollie

If you have a payment gateway you would like to integrate, please contact us. In some cases, you can pay for the development of the integration yourself.
