Error: Item group not found
Cause: The item group specified in the integration does not exist in E-conomic.
Solution: Check that the item group number in Shoporama matches an existing item group in E-conomic.
Error: Customer could not be created
Cause: The customer data is incomplete or invalid.
Solution: Check that the order has valid name, address and email.
Error: Token expired
Cause: The connection to E-conomic has expired.
Solution: Go to Settings → Integrations → E-conomic and reconnect.
Error: Invoice could not be posted
Cause: The invoice data does not meet E-conomic's validation rules.
Solution: Check that all required fields are filled in (VAT code, payment term, account number).
