From order to package in record time
When orders come in, they need to be picked, packed and shipped. Shoporama's picking list gives you a dedicated overview of all orders in "Pending" status - so your warehouse team can work efficiently without switching between different screens.
Overview of pending orders
The pick list shows all orders waiting to be processed. For each order you see:
- Order number and customer details
- All products in the order with name, item number and quantity
- Product images for quick visual identification
- Stock location if indicated on the products
Batch management
Do you use batch numbers on your products? The picking list supports full batch handling directly in the picking flow:
- Select batch number for each order line when picking
- Supports multi-batch - distribute an order line to multiple batches if needed
- Batch assignment is automatically registered on the order and in the warehouse entry
- Full traceability from order to specific batch number
Quick status update
Directly from the pick list, you can update the status of each order. Once an order is picked and packed, mark it with one click:
- Ready to ship - Order is packed and waiting for shipment
- Shipped - The order has been shipped to the customer
- In process - The order needs more work
The status update happens instantly and the pick list is automatically updated to show only orders that are still waiting.
Picking mode
Activate picking mode for an optimized view specifically designed for use in the warehouse. Pick mode focuses on the most important information and makes it easy to work with the pick list on a tablet or on a screen in the warehouse.
Get started
- Go to Orders → Pick list in your admin panel
- See all orders waiting for processing
- Pick the products from the warehouse - select batch numbers if needed
- Update order status when the order is packed
- Proceed to the next order - the pick list is updated automatically
