Data Processor Agreement

As a shop owner, you are the data controller for the personal data provided by your customers. Shoporama is the data processor and provides a data processing agreement for you to sign.

Sign your data processing agreement

  1. Click the cog in the top right corner of your admin
  2. Go to Legal
  3. Under Data Processing Agreement you will find the agreement
  4. Read it through and sign it

Why is it necessary?

GDPR requires you to have a written agreement with anyone who processes personal data on your behalf. Shoporama stores and processes:

  • Customer data - name, address, email, phone
  • Order data - what the customer has purchased and paid
  • Newsletter recipients - subscribed email addresses
