Set up Klaviyo integration
Guide to setting up Klaviyo integration with your Shoporama online store for automated email flows.
Shoporama has a Klaviyo integration that automatically syncs customer data, orders and products to Klaviyo for advanced email flows.
How to set up
- Create an account with Klaviyo
- Find your Private API Key in Klaviyo under Account → Settings → API Keys
- In Shoporama: go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo
- Paste your Klaviyo API key
- Click Save
What is synchronized?
- Customers - new customers are automatically synced to Klaviyo
- Orders - order data is sent to Klaviyo for segmentation and flows
- Products - product data for use in recommendations and emails
Flows you can set up
With the Klaviyo integration, you can set up automatic email flows like:
- Welcome flow - greeting new customers
- Abandoned cart - reminder to customers who did not complete the purchase
- Post-purchase - follow-up after purchase
- Win-back - reactivation of inactive customers
