Transfer products to E-conomic

Guide to transfer products from Shoporama to E-conomic via the integration.

If you have an E-conomic integration set up, you can transfer your products from Shoporama to E-conomic so that they are created as items in your accounting program.

How to transfer products

  1. Go to Products in your admin
  2. Select the products you want to transfer (or select all)
  3. Click Actions and select Transfer to E-conomic
  4. The products are now created as items in E-conomic with item number, name and price

What is transferred?

When you transfer products, the following data is sent to E-conomic:

  • Item number - the product's item number in Shoporama
  • Name - the title of the product
  • Sales price - the price excluding VAT
  • Item group - the product group set up in the integration

Prerequisites

To transfer products, you need to have:

  • An active E-conomic integration
  • Products with item numbers in Shoporama
  • A product group set up in E-conomic

Hint

If the product already exists in E-conomic (same item number), update it instead of creating a new item.
