Full control over your orders
As your business grows, you need to be able to distinguish between different types of orders. Maybe you have pre-orders awaiting delivery, orders with items on backorder, or VIP customers who need special treatment. With order labels, you can mark them all.
Create the labels you need
You create the labels that suit your business. Give them a name and a color and they're ready to use. You can assign multiple labels to the same order and easily filter your order list for specific labels.
Automatic labels
Order labels don't need to be assigned manually. Shoporama can automatically apply labels to orders based on multiple criteria:
- Payment method - automatically mark orders paid by bank transfer so you can quickly see which orders are pending payment
- Email-based - associate a customer's email to a label and all future orders from that customer are automatically flagged
- Subscription orders - let subscription orders automatically get their own label
- Bundles - orders containing bundles can be automatically tagged
- Profile-based - orders from customers with a specific profile can automatically get a label
Filtering and overview
In your order list, you can filter by labels so you only see the orders that are relevant right now. This makes it easy to work systematically - for example, process all pre-orders first or review all orders awaiting payment.

- Pre-order - mark orders awaiting goods from supplier
- Backorder - orders where not all items are in stock yet
- VIP - customers who need special attention
- Bank transfer - orders awaiting confirmed payment
