Here's how it works

  1. Select the order to return
  2. Select the products the customer is returning - in full or in part
  3. Choose whether the items should be returned to stock
  4. Issue a credit note and refund to the customer's card

Refund directly from Shoporama

If you use one of our supported payment gateways (QuickPay, Stripe, OnPay, Mollie, etc.), you can refund directly to the customer's card from Shoporama. No need to log in to the payment gateway admin - everything is done in one place.

Credit notes

When you create a return, Shoporama automatically generates a credit note. The credit note is recorded on the order and can be sent to the customer. This provides clean accounting and full traceability.

Automatic inventory management

When an item is returned, Shoporama can automatically put it back in stock. This ensures that the stock is always correct and you don't have to manually adjust stock entries.

Return statistics

In Shoporama's statistics module, you can see which products are returned most often. This is important knowledge - you may be able to reduce returns by improving product descriptions, adding better images or adjusting sizing guides.
