Returns are an e-merchant's nightmare. You want to have as few as possible and you want to make handling them as painless as possible.

That's why we've built a returns center where you can easily return the item and put it back in stock. If you use Quickpay as your payment gateway, we can even return the money to the customer's card directly from Shoporama.

In our statistics module, you can also see which items are returned most often. This is important knowledge to have, as you may be able to avoid returns by creating better product descriptions.
