How to send a product recommendation email
- Go to Marketing → Product recommendations
- Select the products you want to recommend
- Select the target audience (e.g. customers who have purchased a specific product)
- Write a personal message (optional)
- Click Send
Target groups
You can target the recommendation to:
- All customers - send to your entire customer base
- Product buyers - customers who have purchased a specific product
- Category buyers - customers who have bought in a specific category
Tips for effective recommendations
- Recommend related products - accessories, follow-up products, etc.
- Time it right - send the recommendation a few weeks after the purchase
- Include a discount code to increase conversion
